Everything we grow is done using organic methods. 2010 was a tough year with the drought but with a new well and more irrigation equipment we are more ready to face what Mother Nature has in store for us. Each winter as Tom studies the seed catalogs we plan for our produce for the next growing season. We strive to find what is interesting, tasty, hardy and frequently unique.

Each year we prune and feed our fruit trees preparing for the next season. We have 2 pear trees and multiple apple trees of different varieties, textures and flavors. We have 2 fig trees one towering at 8 feet which provide us luscious fresh figs. All of the fruit is made into various preserves – and all are without any chemicals or sprays.
Our Strawberry varieties are not what you find in the supermarket. We chose the sweetest and tastiest berry varieties we can find.
